Welcome to Soberg's Lids. What started as a personal project—repainting my own helmet—quickly grew into a word-of-mouth shop built by firefighters, for firefighters. With hands-on experience restoring heavy equipment and a deep respect for the history behind every lid, I focus on bringing helmets back to life without erasing the character they've earned. Whether it's getting someone to retirement in their original helmet or rebuilding one for display, every lid that leaves the shop tells a story.
